We at Helgeson Scientific Services (HSS) have a long and proud history in the nuclear sector. It all began over 60 years ago in the USA, with revolutionary designs for compact whole-body counters, and continued almost 40 years ago in Spain, when we turned our expertise towards a specific challenge: designing and manufacturing equipment that could thrive in the harsh realities of radioactive environments. Our core products – body radiation detectors, area monitors, and equipment control systems – are testaments to that initial focus.
