ORTEC’s New HPGe Detector Series with STFC Technology

ORTEC’s HPGe P-type STFC (Stable Thin Front Contact) is a new production technology for the front contact of a P-type detector

which has an excellent gamma transmission as low

as 3keV.

This new high efficiency for lower energies is not affected by warming up or war

m storage (0 to 40° C). This STFC technology is offered in the new profile series type PROFILE GEM S (Semi Planar) and PROFILE GEM C (Coaxial).
