Serstech SERS Kit is a patented accessory for the Serstech ARX MKII, designed to enhance Raman signals for the identification of difficult samples. It enables reliable analysis of dark-coloured substances, fluorescent materials, and trace amounts of chemicals that are difficult to analyse using conventional handheld Raman spectroscopy.
Using Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS), the kit significantly amplifies Raman signals while reducing fluorescence, allowing the identification of low-concentration narcotics such as heroin and fentanyl, as well as other hazardous substances. Disposable SERS surfaces ensure fast sample preparation and reliable field operation.
The Serstech SERS Kit works seamlessly with the Serstech ARX MKII and extends its identification capabilities to substances that are normally difficult or impossible to analyse using standard handheld Raman spectroscopy.
